Mr Aboge said this in an exclusive interview with the members of the Orientation Broadcasting Service during the course of the drills exercise on Saturday at the NYSC Permanent Orientation Ede
According to him, the man o war was designed to inculcate in individuals the principles of discipline, perseverance and hard work toward life goals.
"The citizenship and leadership training center as an organization was established before the Nigeria independence. It was developed to build a total man out of every body, scout better leaders, and impute discipline. You see, we have different gadgets put in place. All are well placed to serve different purposes.
"They are geared to develop courage, confidence, bringing out the best in everyone, taking one from where you are to where you should be", he added.
Mr. Aboge who revealed he has been in Man 'O' War for a while stated that there has been a good working relationship with the military to achieve a common goal.
"We have a united relationship with the Military here. We both have a common goal and objective of making Corps Members good citizens and responsible leaders of this country. We have a strong collaboration with them in that aspect," he said.
He concluded by telling them to build up their confidence and courage to face any kind of challenge in life so they can come out victorious and more confident than ever before.
