I won't say we have had it easy throughout these journeys, notably acquisition of expensive equipment that worth millions would have made our services better and within the realms.
On the light side, we are being able to deliver our services in line with our customers' needs and aspirations and this goes a long way in building our brand's integrity and strengthen relationships with our customers.
Also, our customers are aware that they can reach us via internet and we will deliver. We have a catalog on Quick Sell and can also be reached via WhatsApp, Facebook, Gmail, and of course phone number. We also appear on Google. All they have to do is to give us their preferences and specifications, and they know we will meet up. We hold a track record of no failure in this one. We will have their orders sent to them without even meet. They don't have to physically come to us. Yes. In this aspect we have customers we retain over the years and they are well pleased with our services.
We primarily have our hold on three cities in two states - Osogbo, Osun State, Ilorin and Offa; both of Kwara State - and working on building up with Oyo, Kogi, Ekiti and Lagos. We have customers in these states though but we want to spread our wings the more to the four cardinal corners of the country. That's our vision.
If asked I will simply say Young Josh is a trained journalist being a graduate student of Mass Communication, I worked with Nigeria Television Authority (NTA), Ilorin as a casual staff for a whole year. I worked as a camera man, non linear editor and as a reporter.
I was born Ogunjobi Joshua Ariyo. I'm a native of Esun Ekiti in Ayedun Ikole local government, Ekiti State.
